Returns and Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your Pure Lochside order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your goods, you may return any item in its original condition (provided it has been unopened) for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery.

You must inform us that you intend to return the item within 7 days by emailing us at: info@purelochside.com.

Please ensure you quote your customer order number.

Please note that any opened or or used items will not be accepted for refund.

Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
