Shopping online with Pure Lochside
Shopping online with Pure Lochside is quick and easy. Simply browse our online shop to find the items you want to buy and add them to your shopping basket. Returning customers are then prompted to log in to their account to complete their purchase. New customers are required to create an account. This means you do not have to enter your name and address details each time you shop. Your name and address details are stored securely – we do not hold Debit or Credit card details. All payments are processed on the secure Sage Pay website.

1. Browse our online shop
Find the items you wish to purchase by browsing our online shop. All products are categorised to help you find the item you want and we have a product search feature on each page of the shop.
From the category list view, you will see basic information about each product. Click on the thumbnail image to view the large image, which will open in a pop up window. To find out more, click on the item name or the product details link. From the product details page, you can also click on the “Ask a question about this product” link to send us a query.
2. Adding items to your cart
To add an item to your cart, click on the “Buy Now” button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your cart, you can continue shopping using the menu system on the left side of the page or click on “Checkout” to proceed to the checkout stage.
3. Checkout
When you click on the “Checkout” button, you will be prompted to log in to your account. If you are a new customer, you will be asked to create your account.
4. Sign In/Create an account
Returning customers should enter their user name and password in the fields provided. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Lost password” link. You will be asked to enter the e-mail address for your account. A verification token will then be sent to you. Once you have received the token, it must be entered correctly, when instructed. You will then be able to choose a new password for your account.
New customers should click on the “New?” radio button and fill in the boxes below providing your user name, email and password as well as your address details for billing and shipping. Once this has been filled in, press the "Register" button.
An email will be sent to you to complete this process. Please click on the link provided in the email to verify your account.
Once logged in or registered, you will be able to complete the checkout process.
5. Confirm Billing/Shipping Address
Your billing address will have been added when you set up your account. You will be given the option to edit your billing address. By default, the shipping address will be set to your billing address. However, you can add a different shipping address for your order if required.
6. Choose a Shipping Method
Pure Lochside are pleased to offer you a selection of UK delivery options to suit your requirements:
- Standard* £3.75 - 2-5 working days
- Next Day* £6.75 - Delivered by 1pm next working day (on orders placed before 11.00am)
- Next Day AM* £9.50 - Delivered by 9am next working day (on orders placed before 11.00am)
- Saturday Morning £9.50 -(orders must be placed before 11.00am on the preceding Friday).
- Delivery to Europe £8.50 - 7 - 10 working days
- International Delivery (outside Europe) £15.00 - 10 - 14 working days
*Our STANDARD delivery service is available for all addresses within the UK and Channel Islands. Our NEXT DAY, NEXT DAY AM and SATURDAY MORNING delivery services are available for all UK mainland addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
7. Review and Submit Your Order
Please remember to review your order before proceeding to the payment stage. If you would like to send us a message with your order, please do so in the space provided. You must also take time to read and agree our terms and conditions before placing your order.
To proceed, please click the 'Confirm Order' button below to send your order to us. You will then be taken to the secure Secpay website to enter your payment details and complete your order. Payment details can only be entered on the Secpay website and must be confirmed by clicking on 'Authorise'. Once you have completed the payment process, you will be redirected to the Pure Lochside website. If you have any problems placing an order, please contact our Main office on +44(0) 1475 540009.
8. Check Your Order Status
When your order is sent to us, we confirm the order details by email for your records. You can view the status of your order by clicking on the link provided in the confirmation email. If you do not complete payment for your order, we will be unable to ship your order until payment has been received. To make payment, click on the link provided in the order details email we send you. This will return you to the payment stage.
When payment is made, your order will be confirmed, fulfilled and shipped by Pure Lochside. Details of our refund and cancellation policy can be found here.
