Pure Lochside products are packed full of delicious natural and organic ingredients.
These plant based ingredients do not interfere with the flora and fauna of our natural world when they end up back in our sea and river systems.

We try to be fair and gracious to the world that provides us with these wonderful ingredients. We’ll select organic, local produce at every opportunity, we work with suppliers who favour responsible, community-based production, and we believe in earth-friendly packaging. For example, our organic Shea Butter comes from a Fair Trade project in Ghana, while our brochure and stationery are all printed on renewable 100% recycled paper, made from post consumer waste and bleached using a totally chlorine-free process.  While we can’t always source everything in this way, we constantly review and renew our suppliers to ensure optimum sustainability and the best quality of ingredient.

Glass Containers - We use clear glass containers as glass is thought to be the most recycled product in the UK and its production is kinder to the environment than that of plastic. It also suits our ethics as our products are pure and we have no ingredients we wish to hide.

Unique, reusable and recyclable packaging

Being an ethical company we are passionate about having our products packaged in a way that does not harm the environment. This passion led us to create our beautiful and unique hessian bags.
Our attractively packaged retail products are bought by men and woman for exclusive gifts in addition to personal beauty purchases. Hessian is a natural bio-degradable material and our made-to-measure
bags can be recycled or re-used for a variety of uses.

Our unique packaging has been designed to be re-used and recycled, and to keep the products safe whilst in your handbag, wash-bag or suitcase.

We have chosen aluminium as the main packaging material for our professional products. Aluminium is a durable and sustainable metal and it is said that two-thirds of the aluminium ever produced is in use today as it is continually recycled.
