Apricot Kernal

Our Organic Apricot Kernal is packed with essential fatty acids and vitamins A, C & E. It suits all skin types and it enriches without clogging the pores.

Argan Oil

Our Organic Argan Oil is a highly prized regenerating oil and is extremely rich in natural Vitamin E and essential fatty acids.

Arnica

Organic Arnica has natural anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.  We use it to help soothe aching muscles and joints.  It is also great at speeding up the healing process i.e. for injuries or bruising.

Avocado

Organic Avocado is packed with vitamins A, D and E and vitamin B complex. It’s rich in essential fatty acids and minerals and extremely nourishing.  We use it to help combat dry, dehydrated skin.

Beeswax

Organic Beeswax is extremely rich and nourishing and helps to form a natural protective barrier on the skin.

Benzoin

Exotic sweet benzoin comes from the Far East and has a sweet custard like aroma.  It was originally used in Friars Balsam as it has expectorant properties and is great for respiratory conditions.  It is ideal for dry cracked skin, eczema and psoriasis.  It is also used in aromatherapy for comforting in times of shock.

Black Pepper

We use Organic Black Pepper for its warming effect on the skin and to help soothe aching muscles and joints making it ideal for colds and flu.  It is said to increase circulation in the tissue and feed the muscles.

Borage Oil

Borage Oil is rich in Gamma Linolenic Acid (triple the amount found in Evening Primrose Oil) which is vital for the body to function properly. It is used to heal dry skin conditions and calm sensitivity like Rosacea. It also has anti-inflammatory properties.

Calendula

Calendula has been used for centuries for its beneficial healing properties.  It helps to heal and repair severe dry skin conditions and to soothe irritated, itching, inflamed or sensitive skin.

Carrot Seed

Carrot Seed essential oil is said to have powerful antiaging properties by firming and tightening collagen and elastin fibres, it regulates pigmentation and acts as a diuretic to relive puffiness.

Cocoa Butter

The organic cocoa butter in our skin care products comes from a Fair Trade project in Ghana.

Cocoa butter is a very hard butter, but it actually melts at body temperature making it ideal for our rich balm formulations (as well as for chocolate bars too!). It has a delicious natural aroma and is packed with essential fatty acids.

Coconut Butter

We use organic virgin coconut oil which comes in a solid form. It is rich in essential nutrients and has been used for centuries to nourish the skin and hair.

Echinacea

Echinacea is a well known natural immune booster. Our organic echinacea extract has antibacterial properties and is refreshing on the skin.

Eucalyptus (Radiata)

We use the softer eucalyptus radiata for its cooling, clearing and antibacterial properties.

German Chamomile

The Organic German Chamomile we source is a beautiful deep blue colour as it is rich in Azulene (a soothing component of the plant). German Chamomile has anti-inflammatory properties making it perfect for our Calm and Soothe range to help ease aches and pains and for our Soothe Daily Face Oil to help reduce redness and irritation.

Geranium (Egyptian)

The scent of our exotic Organic Geranium is very uplifting and the essential oil is a great balancing oil - for hormones, skin and emotions. We add it into our Revitalise Daily Face Oil to help balance hormonal and stressed skin.

Grapefruit

Organic Grapefruit essential oil is so refreshing and uplifts any blend. We blend Grapefruit into our deliciously scented body scrub to help awaken the body and tone the skin. Grapefruit is also said to help dissolve gall stones as it is great for breaking down fats (perfect for our detoxifying spa treatments!)

Juniperberry

Juniperberry is the best essential oil to help kick start the lymphatic system (our bodies waste removal system which ensures all our toxins are removed). we add it to the Invigorating Body & Bath Oil and some of our professional spa products.

Jojoba

Jojoba is a beautiful golden colour oil (or liquid wax) which solidifies at temperatures under 10° celcius (so don't worry if your Organic Orange Cleansing Oil appears solid in the winter time. A quick warm in your hand and it will return to liquid). Jojoba is the closest oil to your skins natural oils and therefore is suitable for all skin types even oily skin. It is rich in Omega oils and natural minerals such as Iodine, Copper and Zinc.

It is uplifting to the body and mind, yet it also has anti-depressant properties, is a tonic to the digestive system and can be used in blends to help calm before bedtime. It is a fantastic ingredient - rich in Vitamin C and we never tire of the mouth watering, refreshing aroma.
